According to a new analysis by CareerBliss, certain six-figure jobs don’t just pay well—they also make people genuinely happy.
Topping the list is the role of Chief Marketing Officer, with an impressive average salary of $171,000. To find out which positions combine a great paycheck with high satisfaction, CareerBliss reviewed more than 25,000 employee ratings shared on their website between January 2015 and April 2016. The reviews considered key factors like relationships with bosses and coworkers, work environment, compensation, growth opportunities, company culture, available resources, and the level of control employees feel over their daily work.
Coming in second is Senior Director of Human Resources, earning an average of $125,000 per year. In third place is Senior Project Manager, with an annual pay of $101,000.

Senior HR Directors, on the other hand, improve employees’ lives by creating a positive workplace and helping people find fulfilling jobs.”
Rounding out the top five are Pharmacist and Senior Finance Manager, both offering salaries just over the $100,000 mark.
